Company Profile

This guide is available only to Company Admin user roles. It will help you understand how a Company Admin configures settings, including company details and costs.

Navigating to the “My Company” Page

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. The system will automatically open on the Quotations page

  3. From the sidebar menu, click My Company to navigate to the My Company page as shown below.

Company Profile (Under My Company Page)

  1. Go to the My Company page from the sidebar menu.

  2. On this page, you will find several tabs:

    • Company profile

    • Logistic Costs,

    • Additional Costs,

    • Discounts and Profit Settings

    • Financing Plans.

    • Configuration

  3. Click the Company Profile tab. The selected tab will turn green with a green underline.

  4. In the Avatar section, click Upload Avatar to add your Company profile picture. To remove it, click the red Remove (trash bin) icon.

  5. Locate the four text boxes: Company Name, Company Email, Company Website, and Company Address.

  6. Click inside each text box to make the necessary changes, and once done, click the Save Company Profile button
