Creating a New Quote

Learn how to create a new quotation step by step and share it with your customers easily.

This guide is designed to make creating quotes simple and easy, with clear step-by-step instructions to help you along the way.

Sign-In

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. After successful sign-in, the Quotation page appears, as shown below.

  3. On the far right, click the green “Add Quote” button.

  4. A pop-up will appear.

    On the pop-up, fill in the following details in their respective text boxes:

    1. Project Name

    2. Customer Name

    3. Address - Once you start typing the address, suggestions will appear. After typing the full address, click the option that matches it will automatically populate the address field since Google Maps is enabled. Please make sure you enter the correct address, as it is being used to calculate your Sales Tax%.

(Each field includes an example to guide you. All fields marked with an asterisk * are required, and you cannot continue without completing them.)

  1. After filling in the details, click Save to proceed.

  2. If you prefer not to save, click Cancel to disregard the details entered.

  3. Once you click Save, a new page will open requiring you to provide additional details, as shown below:
