This guide walks you through how to activate your DeckMetrix account and log in for the first time.
Setting Up Your DeckMetrix Account
Once your account has been created, you will receive a branded welcome email from [email protected]
Open the email and click on the “Set Your Password” button.
Set Your Password
You will be redirected to the Set Password page.
Enter your preferred password.
(Optional): To view what you are typing, click the eye icon beside the textbox. When enabled, a diagonal line cuts across the eye icon, and your password will be visible.
To make the password visible, click on the eye icon without the diagonal line across. Leave it with a diagonal line if you prefer privacy.
Confirm the password again by typing it in the second text box labeled “Confirm Password.”
Click Set Password & Get Started at the bottom of the page.
Sign In to DeckMetrix
After setting your password, you’ll be redirected to the Sign in page.
Enter your email address and click Next.
On the Enter Your Password page, type in the password you just created.
Click Continue. The Quotes page will then open in the same tab.
Handling an Error After Clicking Continue
If you see the message “Invalid input: Incorrect username or password” inside a text box with red borders as shown below, please follow these steps.
Confirm your password is typed correctly.
Enable the Show Password checkbox to view the exact characters entered.
One confirmed, click Continue again.
If the error still appears
Click the Back Button to return to Sign In Page.
Re-enter your email address carefully and click Next.
On the Enter Password Page, type your correct password in the password box.
(Optional) Use the Show Password checkbox again to confirm your input.
Click Continue. The Quotations page will then open in the same tab.
