The number of quote statuses available depends on your company’s Branded Proposal with E-sign subscription.

For companies using Branded Proposal with E-sign: You will see all four statuses: Quotes Started, Quotes Completed, Proposal Sent, and Proposal Signed.

For companies that are not  using Branded Proposal with E-sign: You will see two statuses: Quotes Started and Quotes Completed

- For companies using Branded Proposal with E-sign: You will see all four statuses: Quotes Started, Quotes Completed, Proposal Sent, and Proposal Signed.
- For companies that are not  using Branded Proposal with E-sign: You will see two statuses: Quotes Started and Quotes Completed

At the top of the Quotation page, locate the four status buttons: Quotes Started, Quotes Completed, Proposals Sent, and Proposal Signed.

Each button displays the number of quotes currently in that stage within the last 30 days.

Click on a specific status button to view all quotes under that stage.
