Create Deckbox, Set Height, and Assign Edge Types
In this section, you will see the Canvas space. Please see the user guide on how to navigate the Canvas: Navigating the Canvas
Scroll to the bottom of the Canvas using the scroll bar on the quotation (not the scroll bar on the Canvas).
At the bottom, you will see a button labeled “Add Block +”. Click it to open a textbox.
The textbox will display four options: Deckbox, Landing, Stair, and Bumpout.
Adding DeckBoxes:
To create a Deckbox, click the first option, Deckbox. A Deckbox will appear on the Canvas.
Repeat these steps for each additional deckbox you would like to add.
Adding a DeckBox using an Existing DeckBox Edge
Click the existing Deckbox on the canvas.
Select the edge where you want to add the new Deckbox (Top, Right, Bottom, or Left).
The Edit Edge window will open (for example, Editing Right Edge).
If the edge contains segments, navigate to the segment where you want to add the Deckbox.
Below the segment name, open the dropdown menu.
Select Add Deckbox.
A new Deckbox will be added to that segment on the selected edge.
Entering Deckbox Properties:
In the properties panel, fill in the measurements:
Depth
Width
Height
2. Ensure you are entering values in the correct text box for feet or inches.

Deleting a Deckbox
Click the Deckbox you want to delete. A modal will appear.
Click the red trash icon at the top right of the pop-up to delete the Deckbox.
Defining Edge Types
Click on each side( Top, Right, Bottom, Left)one at a time.
A pop-up will appear. Please refer to the attached user guide for instructions on Split Edges: Split Edges
