The Pricing section allows you to review cost estimates, apply discounts, configure proposal details, and generate professional proposals for your clients. This guide will walk you step-by-step through all the available features and how to use them effectively.

1. Accessing the Pricing Page

After you have filled in and saved all quote details:

  • You can access the Pricing Page in two ways:

  • By clicking View Pricing in the breadcrumb navigation (top-left of the page).

  • By clicking the Save and Get Prices button (top-right of the page).

Once you navigate to the Pricing Page, the system will display pricing options based on the deck configuration you selected earlier during the Deck Creation/Options Selection step.

2. Viewing Pricing Options

  • Pricing options are presented in a card layout.

  • To view details for a specific option, click on the respective card.

  • The card will then display the sell price to the customer before any discounts are applied.

3. Applying Discounts

You can apply available discounts directly from the Pricing Page:

  1. Click on the ellipses menu (three dots) located in the top-right corner of the page.

  2. A modal window will appear showing three discounts that have been customized for your company, each with a checkbox

  3. Select the first checkbox to apply the first discount. By default, the second and third discounts will be greyed out, and the system will automatically update and recalculate the pricing to reflect the applied discount.

  4. The second and third discounts will be applied sequentially.

  5. To remove a discount, uncheck them in descending order, starting from the third (last) discount.
