Written by Support

Version 2.2.11 focuses on making everyday quoting tasks more reliable and intuitive so you can build accurate proposals faster, with fewer workarounds.

What’s New

1. Stairs Now Add Correctly from Edge Segments

Fixed an issue where stairs wouldn’t appear when added directly from edge segments. You can now:

  • Add stairs to landings or deck boxes without errors

  • Build switchback stairs using intermediate landings

  • Place multiple stair blocks cleanly and predictably

2. Railing Dropdown Works Perfectly on All Devices

The railing selector now displays clearly and responds reliably whether you’re on a desktop, tablet, or iPad. No more hidden menus, clipped options, or unresponsive taps.

3. Materials Page Is Simpler and Faster

We’ve streamlined the Materials page to help you manage pricing with confidence:

  • Fewer clicks means faster editing

  • Search by name, category, or price

  • Sort by price to quickly spot outliers

4. Manager’s Discount: Secure and Visible

Sales Managers and Company Admins can now apply a “Manager’s Discount” (as a $ amount or %) directly on the Pricing page:

  • Sales Users can see it, but can’t edit or remove it

  • Gives more flexibility to managers for custom discounts

5. Accessories Appear Cleanly in Contracts

  • Accessories without a description no longer show up in your Scope of Work, this gives the ability to add costs in the background for special circumstances

  • When a description is provided, the quantity now appears alongside it

6. Full Cost Breakdown in Takeoff Export

Your material takeoff now includes every cost that makes up your total quote, not just materials and labor. You’ll now see:

  • Sales tax

  • Engineering & septic fees

  • Permit fees and admin charges

  • Site plan, deck drawing, and dumpster costs

  • Additional costs (as configured in My Company)

  • Misc. labor and material

7. New Drink Rail Options & Railing Types

Fulton Rail now offers a drink rail cap option, giving you more design flexibility with automatic inclusion of the matching deck board and labor.

We’ve also added two new railing systems that support drink rail caps:

  • TimberTech Advantage Rail (Square or Round balusters)

  • Westbury Tuscany Rail

Please email [email protected] if you would like these railing types to be added to your company

8. Brand Name Updated Consistently

All references to “Azek PVC” have been updated to “TimberTech PVC” throughout the app and customer documents, reflecting the manufacturer’s current branding.
